Refund Eligibility

  1. Course Cancellation: If you need to cancel your enrollment in a course or training program, you may be eligible for a refund. To qualify for a refund, you must request the cancellation within 7 days of your initial enrollment. Refunds will be issued in accordance with our refund schedule (see below).

  2. Unsatisfactory Experience: If you are not satisfied with the quality of our coaching or training services, you can request a refund within 7 days of starting the course. Our team will assess your request and may offer a refund if the concerns are valid.

  3. Course Changes: In the event that a course is significantly altered, rescheduled, or canceled by MandarThorat.in, you will have the option to request a refund for the affected course or transfer your enrollment to another course.

Refund Schedule

Refunds, when applicable, will be issued as follows:

  • Cancellation within 7 days of Enrollment: 100% refund 

  • Cancellation after 7 days of Enrollment: No refunds are eligible after 7 days!

  • Unsatisfactory Experience: Refund decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis, and the amount refunded, if any, will depend on the circumstances.

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, please contact our customer support team by mandar.thorat.2016@gmail.com. In your request, please include:

  1. Your full name and contact information.

  2. The course or training program you are seeking a refund for.

  3. A detailed explanation of the reason for your refund request.

  4. Any supporting documentation or evidence, if applicable.

We will review your request promptly and provide you with a response within 7 days.

Additional Information

  • Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the initial purchase.

  • Refunds may take 7-8 days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically for any changes.
